Book 25: Lamentations

Lamentations 2:10 “The elders of the daughter of Zi’-on sit upon the ground, and keep silence: they have cast up dust upon their heads; they have girded themselves with sackcloth: the virgins of Je-ru’-sa-lem hang down their heads to the ground.”

Lamentations 3:63 “Behold their sitting down, and their rising up; I am their musick. Render undo them a recompense, O LORD, according to the work of their hands. Give them sorrow of heart, thy curse unto them. Persecute and destroy them in anger from under the heavens of the LORD.”
